# Customers

> Manage customer accounts, branding, and report preface text.

<Note>
  **Role access:** Admin and Editor roles can manage customers. Users do not have access.
</Note>

## Overview

The Customers section manages customer accounts and their associated branding information. Customer data is used in report generation and the customer portal.

## Customers List

### Table Columns

| Column                | Description                   |
| --------------------- | ----------------------------- |
| **Name (English)**    | Customer name in English      |
| **Name (Hebrew)**     | Customer name in Hebrew       |
| **Preface (English)** | Status badge — Set or Not Set |
| **Preface (Hebrew)**  | Status badge — Set or Not Set |
| **Logo**              | Status badge — Set or Not Set |

### Actions

| Action     | Icon        | Description                             |
| ---------- | ----------- | --------------------------------------- |
| **View**   | Eye icon    | View customer details                   |
| **Edit**   | Pencil icon | Edit customer information               |
| **Delete** | Trash icon  | Delete the customer (with confirmation) |

### Filtering & Pagination

* **Pagination** — select 10, 25, 50, or 100 entries per page
* **Refresh** — reload the list

## Customer Details

Each customer record includes:

* **Name (English)** — customer name for English reports
* **Name (Hebrew)** — customer name for Hebrew reports
* **Preface (English)** — introductory text for English reports
* **Preface (Hebrew)** — introductory text for Hebrew reports
* **Logo** — customer logo for report branding

## Editing a Customer

<Steps>
  <Step title="Click Edit">
    Click the pencil icon on the customer row.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Update fields">
    Modify the customer name, preface text, or upload a new logo.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save** to update the customer record.
  </Step>

## Bilingual Support

Customer names and preface text support both **English** and **Hebrew**. Both languages should be filled in to ensure correct report generation in either language.
